GoLD Sport Project is a European label dedicated to the promotion of diversity in sport. This project led to the definition of a framework supporting sports governance towards gender equality and performance. The three priority causes of the Gold Sport label are the fight against all forms of violence, the position of gender equality in key positions and respect for the founding values of the sporting movement.
This project is a partnership between three organizations : Mixité et Performance (FR) | Sweden Triathlon (SE) | Volley Academy ManuÌ€ Benelli (IT) already engaged in favor of gender equality, but having the will to accelerate the transformation as well as contributing to European sports organizations one through the co-construction of tools and sharing of good practices.

10 items were identified to build the audit and assess the global management of gender equality within each organization. We created a Registered Tool which concern : 
- State of play: which assess the ability of the responsible to analyze with lucidity the advancement of its
organization in terms of gender equality stakes management. Ability to set up problems, diagnoses, work priorities, etc.

- Relevance and coherence of actions: identified as key items in global management, we assessed the relevance of every action, the correlation and adequacy between the diagnosed problem, intervention method and implemented solutions;
- Impact, timing and effectiveness: these items are related to the ability of the organization to build a global and structured approach through the definition of a work program integrating short and long terms objectives, deadlines, etc. and to measure the impact of each action at different level of intervention and for the different target audiences identified (e.g.: licensees, coaches, officials, decision makers positions);
- Diversity of target audience, richness and variety of actions, level: the global approach has also to be dealt taking in to consideration all the dimensions and issues faced in terms of gender equality stakes. This means for the organization to set up adapted solution for each target audiences (age, gender, status/positions, etc.) and also to build project with the different stakeholders (federation, leagues, clubs, NGO, etc;)
These items help us to define the level of maturity of each organization, their strengths, progression points and thus level of labeling.
